What makes Kanary the best for my team?

What is the difference between an individual subscription and a Kanary Teams subscription?
Kanary Teams accounts include access to admin tools for inviting, onboarding, offboarding, invoicing, and monitoring progress. Administrators, by default, are only exposed to risk summaries and utilization metrics.
If your team needs more control or detailed data, admin features are configurable. Reach out to chat about how to manage exposures on behalf of executives or report on individual risks.
Admin tools are included at no extra cost with the purchase of Kanary for Teams subscriptions.
How much does Kanary for Teams cost?
Our base subscription is $179.88/year.
There is a monthly option available for $16.99/month if you need more flexibility for your team.
Are there discounts available for large orders or non profits?
We may offer discounts to non profits or groups purchasing large numbers of subscriptions up front.

Are family members included?
A base subscription covers 1 person. You can add a family member to your account for 50% off the base subscription. You can add as many family members as you’d like to each subscription.
Is SSO available?
We do not currently support SSO for Teams accounts. But we often work with our partners on implementing account management and auth features needed to successfully embed Kanary across your team’s weekly workflow.
What is the difference between Kanary Cloud and Kanary Copilot?
The biggest difference between Kanary Cloud and Copilot is where the automations are running. Kanary Cloud runs on our company’s managed servers. So members don’t see which scans run at which times, and don’t have control over what happens behind the scenes.
Kanary Copilot runs on a member’s phone. So you have full transparency and control over what scans and opt outs run. Running actions on your device means more reliable scans, removal requests, and escalations—all at your fingertips.
What is your highest plan level and do you have an ‘executive’ plan?
Kanary offers a single tier for members. We’ve focused on building a single solution trusted by corporate executives, twitch streamers, school teachers, journalists, founders, and judges alike. It is thorough, transparent, and accessible. It is supported by our team via email and live chat.
Do I have to pay up front?
No, we are flexible. You can enroll accounts monthly or yearly, and either pay up front, or on a rolling basis.
You can transfer an account from a Teams account to a personal account if a member leaves your team.
What is your report frequency?
Kanary Cloud runs scans automatically for your team every 30 days. You can also scan more frequently via the Kanary Copilot app.
Email reports summarize progress 2x/month. You can monitor progress via those emails or log into the app to see real time updates.
Who are your clients?
We are happy to share references from our work with government agencies, reproductive health groups, crypto platforms, AI startups, and election safety organizations.
